I have a HP Pavilion 17-e031sa Notebook PC which is running Windows 8.1 64 bit. The wireless network or Airplane mode switch on/off key (F12 key) is not working. Although I tried the network drivers given on my product's softwares and drivers page on hp website, none of them solved the issue.
I am able to switch the wireless network on or off from settings but not from keyboard. On keyboard the key just displays either blue light when in on condition and amber when in off condition but I am not able to switch the Airplane mode on or off through the key. I even tried with the Fn (Function) key) but nothing happens.
Kindly help me with the same.
