My printer does not have a screen, so I had to change the Wifi on my computer to "Direct-38-HP M29 Laser Jet" (you will select the one that is associated with your printer). This will connect your computer directly to your printer. Then go the HP Smart app and you should see a popup saying that a new printer was found and to start the setup. Follow the directions and when it asks to connect to wifi, it should then pull up your Starlink wifi name. Select it and while it's processing switch your computer wifi back to the Starlink wifi. At first I got a notification saying there was an error but when I went back to the HP Smart app home, it showed my printer was connected and ready. I hope this helps!
