The product name is HP Pavilion x360 and serial number is [Personal Information Removed] and product number is 231T0PA#ACJ . I purchas ed the laptop in december 24 , 2020 and I used rarely 4 to 5 times in 2 months and after that one month I dont even used my laptop. In march i opened i saw my wifi drivers are not showing in my laptop. I raised a complaint to HP but no one responsed. Again I raised a complaint second time in April they responsed But due to covid the engineer visit is delayed they told. After 3 months Engineer visited my home july 30, 2021 and told it is internally damaged inside . He told it cant cover under warrenty. But my question is how come without using laptop how it will damage. Why HP is selling damaged product. I need my issue to be solved under warrenty . I request to solve the issue very soon without delay.
