HP Recommended

I've had the ZBook Firefly G10 with the 7840HS for a few months and I love it, but the only thing that truly pisses me off is the long POST time. It takes ~7 seconds from pressing the power button to seeing the HP logo appear on screen, which makes it boot slower than my old ThinkPad T440p. Is it common with these laptops? Is there any way to shorten the time? Thanks!
