I had to replace hdd and installed os. my device manager shows other device and under 2 entries unknown device.  The product ids are:

ACPI\ENE0100

ACPI\HPQ0004

What are these and what do i need to do.

The first one is for the receiver:

Neither one worked. For the hp 3d driverguard driver cannot install, the accelerometer is not present or suported on this unit.

sp63786  download falled{system code 6}  program will close.

Sorry i am getting frustrated i just want my computer to work and i do not have the money to take to expert.

ENE:

This package contains the ENE CIR Receiver Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

File name: sp44994.exe

0004:

This will install HP 3D DriveGuard, which provides protection for a notebook computer's internal disk drive if the computer is accidentally dropped or abruptly hits another object. This package is available on supported notebooks with supported operating systems.

File name: sp53462.exe

Those 2 exe. files took care of device manager problems.
