how do i activate my WWAN drivers to start working and for my sim to start working in my Laptop

Your notebook does not have the WWAN adapter needed for the SIM card to work.

 

Installing the drivers when there is no hardware present, is futile.

 

In order to connect to a cellular network, your notebook must have one of the following model WWAN adapters listed in the device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category:

 

Intel XMM 7360

Intel XMM 7560

Intel XMM 7262
