HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W46AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Clean install on Envy x360  was performed by someone else, and I suspect they formatted the drive. All the other device drivers are missing. Since the network controller is in that folder I can't connect to the internet, and i can't find the network controller driver on HPs website on my other machine. Please advise on how to correct this issue?

I believe that the notebooks with the 77W46AV product number come with Realtek Wi-Fi 6 adapters.

Here are the links to the latest W11 Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers HP currently has for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapters:

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

sp156495.exe

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

sp155460.exe

After you are able to connect to the internet, you can download the rest of the drivers you need from your notebook's support page:

Thanks for the suggestion Paul, I downloaded both those drivers to a flash drive and installed them both after copying to the desktop, rebooted and checked device manager, still the same... seems weird to me that only the devices listed in the "other devices" folder are missing drivers, also bluetooth seems to work. I bought this machine used and it appears to have been dropped on the right rear corner, could it possibly be a hardware issue causing this, like something got unplugged? Also it's not the network adapter, that device is working properly , it's the network controller.

You're very welcome.

Perhaps HP installed a different model Wi-Fi card in your notebook.

Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device, so I can figure out who makes it and post the links to the correct drivers for it.

Dude, you're a stud, I didn't even notice that the network controller driver had been installed after the last post, I'm online... Thank you!
