am writing to inquire about the availability of a post-warranty Care Pack for my HP laptop. The details of my device are as follows:

  • Model: HP Laptop 15s-fq5327TU
  • Product Number: 9D3N6PA
  • Warranty Status: Expired last month

I would like to know:

  1. Is my laptop still eligible for any post-warranty Care Pack or extended warranty?
  2. What are the available Care Pack options and their respective prices?
  3. If I purchase a Care Pack today, will it cover a charging issue I am currently experiencing? The laptop does not show any indication of power supply when plugged in.
  4. How soon after purchasing the Care Pack can I raise a service request?

Please advise on the best way to proceed, and how I can purchase the suitable Care Pack for my model — either online or through HP support.
