app malfunction.

I have instlled the app. I signed in and clicked the application that I want tot use. The app goes into a connection mode buffering and continues as if it is stuck. What is the problem?

  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
  • Does it happen only with the particular app?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
