Hi
Make, Model and OS please.
This suggests that you have WWAN adapter. While this is stating the obvious the WLAN adapter has a problem.
The PC has defaulted to WWan from WLan.
So a list of what is installed may help.
Can you copy and paste any relevant output please.

Hi
Wireless WIDE area network,
Wireless LOCAL area network.
To connect to your ISP router would need Wlan.
The yellow box is a command line interface.
Without your Make, Model and OS it is difficult to target help.
