hi,i have a hp630 laptop windows10 home 64 bit,i want update the bios but when i enter in the site there is only 2 option,windows xp and windows 7,i choose windows xp but my laptop is 64 bit,there is only 32 bit option,i cant load the update,whats wrong?why i can not download a bios update????

You can run 32-bit programs on a 64-bit operating system.
Whether or not the BIOS update will work or not, or whether it will update or wreck your notebook, no one can tell you that, since the BIOS updates were not written to be run on W10.
You have to ask yourself the question...Do you feel lucky?
If you're not afraid to risk the possibility of wrecking your notebook I would use the W7 BIOS file.
