my bluethoot has dissapear sudently i tried troubleshoot from windows but its saying isnt detected

I understand that you are facing issues with Bluetooth

 

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

The Generic Bluetooth Adapter needs a driver installed that matches the model of the wifi adapter.

 

And running the HP Support Assistant application so it could detect the proper driver.
