Hi @pavlo7

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand that the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your Victus 15-fb3000, but the laptop is unable to discover nearby Bluetooth devices even though the driver is installed. We appreciate the details you've provided.

I would recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Turn Bluetooth off, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure the device you are trying to connect is in pairing/discoverable mode and is close to the laptop.
  3. Open Device Manager > Bluetooth.
    • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter.
    • Select Disable device.
    • Wait a few seconds, then select Enable device.
  4. Run the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter:
    • Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
  5. Restart the Bluetooth Support Service:
    • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
    • Locate Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right-click it and select Restart.
  6. Perform a power reset:
    • Shut down the laptop.
    • Disconnect the charger and any external devices.
    • Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
    • Reconnect the charger and start the laptop.

If the issue continues, please let us know whether the Bluetooth adapter is listed normally under Device Manager and whether it can detect any devices at all or none whatsoever. This will help us guide you further.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
