hi,my product model no. PAVILLION g6- 2229tu product no. C9M03PA is mising the bluetooth driver from the time of purchase,downloaded many drivers but they are not working in it.please help me in this regard.

Come on, your machine came with FreeDos, its specs

You should install drivers for it yourself. Anyway, please download and install Ralink Bluetooth Software Driver for Windows 7:

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61501-62000/sp61795.exe
