Product: Example: Pavilion g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Bluetooth driver not support in window 8, we have check that available all 4 drivers for window 8, previously in window 7 Ralink Motorola BC8 Bluetooth 3.0 + HS Adapter was installed and working was fine.

 

Please advice to install the supported Bluetooth driver for window 8
