pls community, i can't find bluetooth toggle on/off anywhere on my elitebook folio 9470m,
i have tried downloading every driver i can get my hands on, i have even tried but the bluetooth is not even in device settings.
I'm positive this laptop has bluetooth built in?
please can someone help me out.

Hi:
1. Check the BIOS to verify the bluetooth radio is present and enabled.
2. If it is present but disabled, enable it.
3. If it is present and enabled, then you will need to do this...
Make a bootable Ubuntu installer.
Boot from the installer and select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'
Turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu.
Shut down the PC, remove the bootable Ubuntu installer and when you get back into Windows, the BT should be present and working.
4. If there is no Bluetooth device present, then your notebook did not come with built in bluetooth.
