i buy HP (15q-bu003tu) Notebook, when i buy this notebook that time my bluetooth was properly working on builtin Windows-10, But after that i uninstalled Windows-10 and installed WIndows-7 (64 bit) in my System. After installing WIndows-7 (64 bit) Bluetooth doesn't shows in system... i install many drivers for this Bluetooth driver like Realtek RTL8723BE and sp-76055 but i m not finding Bluetooth Device in System, apart from this i install bluetooth drivers from intel site, but the same happens. I did not find bluetooth... After that i installed Realtek Bluetooth Driver it Shows **(Realtek bluetooth driver is not install in your system) Please Help Me guys.

Hi:
You were lucky it was the Bluetooth that didn't work, and not the wifi. Usually the wifi doesn't work.
The only way to get the BT to work on W7, will be to take the notebook apart, remove the wifi card and mask a couple of the wifi card's contacts.

It would be a whole lot easier to just reinstall W10 and get used to it, IMHO.
