hi,

Greetings for the day !!

 

Bluetooth is not working on my laptop. there is no Bluetooth device on device manager.

 

I have installed the drivers from Hp support but still not working.

 

Please help, if having some solution.

Your machine has Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter part #  690020-005. Please download and install Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver for Windows 8.1

Thanks for support !!

 

Bluetooth is installed on system and now it is showing in device manager. Once bluetooth is on, it is not detecting the available bluetooth devices.

 

Can you please support for resolution.
