Bluetooth has dissapeared from mt settings menu. I cannot see how to connect ant bluetooth device. When I try to force add bluetooth devices in the settings > devices > Add Bluetooth or other Device > Bluetooth I get the following message "Cluldn't connect - Here are some things to try :- On this device, turn on bluetooth (there is no option to turn on bluetooth) - If this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your drive through Windows Update in Settings.

@Migtybrighty
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Yes, I did an update a few weeks ago and it seems to have coincided with that, but may be a separate issue?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- No, only updates
