OK...

See if this works...

Make a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.

https://ubuntu.com/download

Here is a tutorial on how to make the file bootable...

https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/tutorial-install-ubuntu-desktop#1-overview

Boot from the Ubuntu installer.

Select the option to 'Try Ubuntu Without Installing.'

Turn on the bluetooth device in Ubuntu.

Shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer.

Turn on the PC, and when you are back into Windows, the Bluetooth should be present, and W10 should install the driver for it.

sorry. I can`t run linux. my notebook can run only windows.

HP Recommended

You don't run Linux on your notebook.

It will run right off the bootable flash drive or DVD you create and you select the option to Try Ubuntu without installing.

Your only other option would be to reinstall W7. Install the HP wireless assistant software.

Turn on the bluetooth with the wireless assistant software.

Uninstall the HP Wireless Assistant software, restart the PC.

Confirm the bluetooth is still on and then upgrade back to W10.

This package contains the HP Wireless Assistant for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The HP Wireless Assistant is a user application that shows the status of individual wireless devices (such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or WWAN devices) and that provides the ability to control the radios for these wireless devices.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp49001-49500/sp49018.exe

Those are your only options if you want the bluetooth to work on W10.
