bluetooth not working. in device managar one unknow device is seen .ACPI\HPQ0004\3&11583659&0 appear for this .

That device has nothing to do with the Bluetooth not working.

 

You need this driver for that device:

 

HP 3D DriveGuard Software

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

 

In order for me to see if you can get the Bluetooth to work, I would need to know the full model number and product number of your notebook and the model Wi-Fi adapter it has. which you can find listed in the device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category:
