Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.
HP Notebook - 15-f222wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It does not come with built in Bluetooth networking capability or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.
You have two options to add Bluetooth networking to your PC.
The easiest thing to do would be to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.
You can also replace the internal wifi adapter with one that is both a wifi and Bluetooth adapter.
This is the one you would use for your notebook:
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001.
You can find this model wifi adapter on eBay. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi adapter.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
