i have a hp pavilion s#[edited] and my bluetooth is not working properly.sometimes connects sometimes wont sometimes programs say its off when its on just a real pain im new to computers and out of ideas what could be wrong ive tried what i know wich aint much had the windows support help to no avail and i need it working please can someone help me out i think it needs a driver but not sure ive done the whole uninstall reinstall but nothing seems to work any advice would be great

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Bluetooth driver for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with:

 

This is the latest version HP currently has:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

 

Version 1.10.1072.3000

 

sp165550.exe
