Hi:

According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter

HP PartSurfer

Unfortunately, that model wifi adapter has a very common problem of either the wifi, or the bluetooth or both, completely disappearing from the device manager on the newer builds of W10, and there is no easy fix.

Here are your options...

1. Go back to W8.1 and the Bluetooth will work fine.

2. Replace the internal Ralink wifi adapter with this model wifi adapter.

You should be able to find the above model wifi adapter on eBay.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

3.  The easiest thing to do would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter that has support for W10.
