Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I turn on the computer, the Bluetooth option appears intermittently; when it does show up, the connection is established briefly before dropping. If I toggle it off and on, it disappears completely and doesn't show up in Device Manager or anywhere else. If I hold the power button for 30 seconds to shut it down and then turn it back on, it reappears but vanishes again shortly after. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it via Device Manager, but that didn't work, and I’ve checked for updates as well.
