bluetooth cant work

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The Bluetooth quits working on the newer builds of W10 and there is no fix.

 

You will have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
