Hi, @venance1 

If you are running W10 on your notebook the Ralink RT5390 does not work.

No driver will fix it.

Use a USB Wi-Fi adapter or let me know exactly what model notebook you have so I can see if there would be a suitable internal Wi-Fi card you can install in place of the RT5390.
