Hello,
My laptop has issue's with wireless connections. It randomly drops and sometimes it is extremely slow and unresponsive.
I don't know what's causing this. I just did a factory reset, but the problem still persists.
i checked my wifi routerand troubleshoot evrything
and on all devices my wifi is working properly but on this laptop it is very slow and unstable i am tiered
i checked wifi speed on laptop and my sister laptop is also different at same time. please help me
i tried every method and changed settings but problem presist
my drivers are also updated i checked it on ho website and support and assistant
I think the drivers are not fully compitable with BCM43142, that makes most sense for me.
Any suggestions what to do?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing this W10 BCM driver resolves the issue...
This package provides the Broadcom Wireless LAN drivers for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. Broadcom Wireless LAN drivers are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN adapter.

I have been devastated with the same issue on my HP Envy 15-k050sh - I have completely ran out of options at this point. Even got the router replaced by my ISP in the vain hope that the adapter will better interact with that. I have never seen so many Resolving Host and DNS errors in my entire life, it is literally rendering my device useless.

This helped me....
- Open Network and Sharing center (Right click wifi in system tray)
- Right click on your wifi
- Click on properties
- Click on configure (Broadcom adapter)
- Click the advanced tab
- Click on bandwidth capability
- Select 11b/g:20/40mhz
