I was informed by one bank that I need to upgrade my browser in order to view my account. I wonder why do it do one bank and not the other. I would like to do my business with that particular bank.

Hi:

 

Most places advise you to now use Microsoft Edge.

 

Internet Explorer is no longer supported if that is what you are using.

Hi:

 

Your notebook should have come with Microsoft Edge installed since it came with W10.

 

It should be listed in alphabetical order in the programs menu.

 

Microsoft Edge.

 

Set it as your default browser so when you click on a website it opens in Edge.

 

I pinned the Edge icon to my taskbar for easy access.
