my hp pavilion dv6 can never connect to the router at my house. every time i try to connect to it, it says that it is unable to connect. i have no issues connecting to other wireless routers and other wireless devices have no issues connecting to our netgear router. when i use ethernet it works just fine. any help or input is greatly appreciated. thank you.

Reset the router, there should be a pinhole sized hole in it that you can stick a paperclip in, that will reset it to the default settings and you can go from there.
