Hi @Bonnie14224,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you've already tried several steps, including restarting the printer, resetting the router, reinstalling the printer, and updating Windows 11, but you're still unable to print.

To help identify the cause, could you please provide a few more details?

  • What is the exact HP printer model?
  • Are you receiving any error message when you try to print? If so, please share the exact wording or a photo of the error.
  • Does the printer show as Online or Offline in Windows?
  • Are you able to print a Printer Status Report or Network Configuration Page directly from the printer?
  • Is the printer connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer?
  • When you send a print job, does it remain stuck in the print queue, disappear from the queue, or show an error?

Also, when you say "cannot print," please let us know exactly what happens:

  • Nothing happens at all?
  • The print job gets stuck?
  • Is the printer not detected?
  • An error appears on the printer display or on the computer?

Once we have these details, we'll be able to narrow down the issue and provide the appropriate next steps. Looking forward to your reply.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
