Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not create hotspot when my laptop is connected to internet by Ethernet cable. knowing that, when I first download the system it was working, but after i update it it stops working. In addition, i can turn on WiFi when my laptop is connection to the internet using Ethernet. knowing that, my laptop is hp pro-book 650 g2 i5 6th generation
