hey, in my Wi-Fi section it shows me WIFIs that available but when I try to connect then it can't connect and shows that "can't connect to this network" so please help me 😞 and i entered right password. I watched every video on YouTube but problem could not be solved.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Notebook Wi-Fi is not working correctly.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Check reinstalling the network adapters from device manager
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Try doing System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
  • If issue still persist then run the HP PC Hardware diagnostics test on the Wi-Fi.
