Product: no clue
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

all the sudden I woke up one day and my laptop can’t connect to the wifi it has always used. turned on/off. restarted/ unplugged modem/router. can’t find serial name, can’t find anyone to call and talk to. I use this device for work so I am super frustrated. not terribly tech savvy so...
