cannot print from iphone or ipad

cannot print from mobile devices. Iphone and ipad. It keeps saYING i NEED TO FIND MY ews BUT WHEN I GO TO ADVANCED SETTINGS IT SAYS NOT AVAIABLE, I DO BELONG TO THE HP IONK SUBSCRIPTION WHICH SAYS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT
