1. What is its wifi adapter on the following list
● Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 802.11ac 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 combo adapter (non-vPro)
● Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 802.11ac 2×2 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 combo adapter (vPro)
● Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 802.11ac 2×2 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 combo adapter (non-vPro)
● Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac 2×2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 combo adapter
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 combo adapter
2. I don't know why BUT some machines have Bluetooth Disabled IOPT and you have to enable it. Please try
To enable Bluetooth on a Windows device when it's disabled, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and toggle the Bluetooth switch to "On".
