Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hey i have downloaded the latest driver for Bluetooth for my device but it still refuses to work

after installation i get the error message "the software package can not be installed on your system"

i checked and im using the inel7265nw wireless for my hp elitebook

Hi:

 

You now have to use the BT driver for the Intel 7265 AC, not the latest one like we used to be able to do:

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Wireless-AC 7265 (Rev. D), 3168 and 3165

Thank you so much

I was able to get it to work by pressing ESC at the boot process and enable Bluetooth features from BIOS
