I installed a new color cartridge and after printing a few color copies, the cartridge was almost empty. I took it back to staples and they said it looked fine and was about half full. I re-installed it and now there is a cartridge error that HP Print Dr. cannot fix and the screen says to contact HP. My printer is not under warranty, but I hate to put it in the landfill without really knowing if the problem can be fixed. And my printer won't connect to the internet. I don't want to put in a new cartridge because if I need a new printer it probably won't be the same. Suggestions?
