My computer has phone call  bottons  but, i could't make phone call with it. Please assist me.

Did you also buy WWAN option and have SIM card on your machine ? Without WWAN option, the SIM card is useless. Please check Device Manager to see: does it have

 

   HP It4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G     or    HP hs3210 WW HSPA+  entry under Network adapters.

Umm... I would say that in this case, even WITH the LTE card option, OP can't do what they're asking.

 

LTE options on HP laptops only support data, do they not?  You cannot make or receive phone calls over the cellular connection on any HP laptop that I'm aware of.
