I have netgear router I am having all kinds of issues keeps stating that there is a configuring problem , they said to ask HP if there is something I can download to help with the problem.............

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

Temporarily connect your notebook to internet router via LAN cable to be able to download the drivers for your notebook.

 

(1) Can other devices ( like smartphone, tablet ) connect to the wireless router ?

(2) Install/Update wireless driver ( ignore error messages, one driver will install )

Intel WLAN Driver

22.120.0.3 Rev.A32.3 MBMar 6, 2022Download

or 

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

1.0.0.199 Rev.S25.1 MBMar 11, 2022Download

 

(3) Reboot and test wirless connection again ...
