Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I cannot connect my existing HP Officejet 3830 printer to my HP Stream laptop, I need it ASAP, please help!

Hi @SULIA

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Let us connect the printer to your wireless network first.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network setup > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard > Choose your network and enter the network password.

Once the printer is connected, the blue wireless light on the printer will be come steady.

 

On the PC, click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.

Note: Make sure the PC is connected to the same network as the printer. i.e 2.4GHz network.
