Bought an Brand new HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop but it has serious wifi issue. it performs good while working near router but as i move to another room the ping keeps going high in between and becomes normal then again rises about 3000 ms. I am 100% sure this issue is becoz of Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe adapter.
This card is really a **bleep**. I have read many reviews in which they had the same problem with the same wifi card and they solved this by replacing it by an Intel WiFi card. Also my another laptop with i3 11th gen performs very nice and has no such issue while i use it in the same place. I dont even know if intel WiFi card is gonna work with Ryzen Processors or not. Customer support is taking too much time to respond, they tried every possible way to fix this issue by taking contol over my pc - updated bios , tried every troubleshooting steps , updated drivers and noting worked. At last they told me to format the system with the help of a pendrive and HP's tool. I already told them that the issue is in the Realtek card but they continuously kept on telling me to format, And i did it on saying of hp support but as i told before Formatting pc also didnt worked. At this time i am really frustrated becoz it takes very much time to again setup the laptop and install everything as it was before and backing up important files takes separate time. Now HP support is saying that they have forwarded the issue to Higher Authority and it will take time get the reply back. It is very disappointing that even after investing around 60k , i have to go through these problem and they are not even replacing the WiFI chip. And it will take more 6k to replace it with and Intel card. Please help me , I trusted HP while buying this Laptop.

Hi:
If you buy this exact model Intel AX Wi-Fi card, it should work.
The is the factory card that HP installed in my HP 15-ee0047nr with an AMD Ryzen 5-4500U processor...
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # L35282-005
Search by the HP part number not the model of the Wi-Fi card.
In the meantime, try the latest Realtek Wi-Fi driver HP released for the model Wi-Fi card you have.

Hi:
I live in the middle of the USA and would have no idea where you can buy that model card in India.
There are plenty of them for sale on the eBay USA site.

Perhaps you can find a seller that will ship the card to India and not charge you an arm and a leg for postage.

You're very welcome.
Make sure it has that part number or at least it is non-vPro.
A vPro card won't work in an AMD notebook because the PC has to support Intel vPro technology.
$75 USD is pretty expensive!
Oh well, I guess it is worth it to get rid of that lousy Realtek Wi-Fi card.
I have no idea why HP uses those cards in their notebooks.
Nothing but issues for many years.
