Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Connecting the printer to the wireless network may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:

Step 1: Connect the printer to the wireless network

1. Turn on the wireless radio on the printer.

a. Unplug any network cable if connected

b. Touch Setup on the printer screen

c. Touch Network.

d. Touch Wireless Radio, and then touch On.

2. ▲ Touch Network Setup Wizard.

3. Connect to wireless network. ▲ Select your network from the list of detected networks.

4. Follow prompts.

Step 2: Install the software (if not installed)

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try to print.

Let me know how this goes.
