i have an HP Pavilion13 x360 PC, windows 10 64 bit.
I want to connect it to sony WH-CH400 headphones, but my computer won't find it when it scans for nearby bluetooth devices (this is not a problem with the headphones. it works perfectly fine with my phone.)
i looked up for support and i think my machine might not support a2dp.
any help on how i solve this?
thx.

What is your HP Pavilion13 x360 PC ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
Also check the following list

I think it is an HP Pavilion 13-a002ej x360 Convertible PC
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=G7Y70EA
but I can't find its official specs from HP, only from retails which does not say which BT version it has.
Based on its age, I believe it has BT 2 or 2.1 but Windows 10 stacks support.
As mentioned above, I can't find its specs therefore please go to Device manager to find out what is its wireless card and go to the following link to download Bluetooth driver (associated with that card) and install to your machine
