Hi HP Supporter,

I want to download the Bluetooth driver to my machine because I don't have a Bluetooth driver on my laptop but I have a Bluetooth option.

Hi @DESKTOP-1U8G317,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To download the Bluetooth driver for your HP laptop, follow these steps.

Identify Your Laptop Model:

  • Locate your laptop model number. This is usually found on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop or in the system settings.

Visit the HP Support Website:

  • Go to the HP Support page.

Enter Your Laptop Model:

  • In the search bar, type your laptop model number and press Enter.

Select Your Operating System:

  • On the product page, you may need to select your operating system if prompted. Choose the correct version (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11).

Find Drivers & Software:

  • Look for the "Drivers & Software" section. Here, you can find all the available drivers for your laptop.

Locate Bluetooth Driver:

  • Scroll down to find the Bluetooth driver. It may be listed under a section labeled "Driver – Network" or similar.

Download the Driver:

  • Click on the download button next to the Bluetooth driver. This will download the driver installation file to your laptop.

Install the Driver:

  • Locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it to begin the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Restart Your Laptop:

  • After installation, restart your laptop to ensure the changes take effect.

Once your laptop restarts, check if the Bluetooth functionality is working properly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
