i am trying to downloading driver for wilreless bluetooth and wifi  but not download from hp website

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:

  • What are the product and serial number?
  • What is the operating system?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Are you using Active internet connection to download the drivers?
