Hi:

If the notebook came with W11 from HP, it should have had all of the drivers installed right out of the box.

When a Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Find the network controller device and post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/

If you don't see a network controller device in the device manager, the problem goes beyond a simple driver install, and I would not be able to help you with that.

Please contact HP customer service starting at the link below and submit a support request under the warranty if it comes to that.
