Hi @noalce,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with HP ePrint after connecting your printer to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps to resolve them:

Re-establish Wireless Connection:

  • Ensure that the wireless radio on your printer is turned on.
  • Check the new network settings and confirm that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You can check the wireless status by pressing the Wireless button on your printer's control panel.

Enable Web Services:

  • On the printer's control panel, press the ePrint button.
  • If the Web Services Summary screen does not show that your printer is connected, select Yes to enable Web Services.
  • If prompted by a Server Connection Error, select Retry or enter your proxy settings if applicable.

Obtain the Printer's Email Address:

  • With Web Services enabled, you can obtain the printer’s email address from the Web Services Summary screen on your printer control panel.

Reconfigure ePrint Settings:

  • If necessary, re-register your printer on the HP ePrintCenter website to update your ePrint email address and ensure that the new network settings are reflected.

Check for Printer Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware updates, as these can resolve connectivity issues and improve performance with ePrint.

Test Your Setup:

  • Try sending a test print job by emailing a document to your printer's email address. Check if the print job is processed successfully.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
