There is no way to use internet connection.I downloaded the last drivers with another laptop by support.hp.com.
It contains ralink radio model rt3290 and still doesn't work.
I checked the device manager at network adapters and there are two things.
1)802.11n Wirelless LAN card and that seems ok.
2)Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller with a yellow triangle and the exclamation mark in the middle.
Any help,please...
Thanks..

@scombosteo Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the ethernet and wifi disabled.
Please perform the below steps and check.
To enable OpenVPN offerings to work over Wi-Fi, it is necessary to disable one or two services in Windows 10 that have been set up by the Hotkey Support Driver.
- Press Windows+R, type "services.msc" in the box, and press OK.
- Search for a service called "HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching UWP Service"
- If it is present, right click on the service, and select Properties
- Change the startup type to Manual
- Click Apply
