Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S6AV)

as a user of hp victus 15 fa1019nt i realised something when i used ethernet cable on my notebook. There are two lights right next to rj45 port. When i plug the ethernet cable the one below is white, does not blink but the top one is red and blinks all the time. here is the photo think that red one is always blinking. However i dont have any connection problem but i am just curious about the red one. is it a normal thing or does it mean something badthe red one is blinkingthe red one is blinking
